Thank you well done. I never had connection problems with first generation Bose Earbuds. I have to carry the charging case whenever I go to the gym because if it looses connection your out of luck trying to connect again without it. I would avoid buying these, its a nightmare having to constantly connect. Its a shame because the noise cancellation is the best.

Guys, whats shown here is just a solution that works for resolving ‘the given days’ issue. Be prepared to keep doing this over and over again, especially if you use Multi point controls frequently. Such a heavily sounding Earbuds, turned into Garbage by trivial yet SIGNIFICANT issues. 😢😢😢

My left side had no sound issue. It continue to stop too often. I returned them bc I had no luck with them working as they should. Am not dropping almost 3 hundred dollars on sale. Not worth the problems.

Can you please show me how to fix my ear bud if it’s very quiet ( my right one is very quiet) and this isn’t the first time as I have had a replacement by Bose and it’s happened again

Hi. I've downloaded the music app to my phone but can only get version 6.3.4. It looks like I need version 8,the latest version, to work with Ultra earbuds. Now, my question is, does this version 8 work on an older, Android 9 mobile?? I tried on a borrowed Android 10 phone and it all worked perfectly, but not on my Android 9. Bose tech people told me it should work on 9 but I now don't believe them. I'm asking because maybe, if my phone settings are preventing it, then I don't need to buy a new one. Put simply, does the latest version of the app require higher than Android 10??? Thanks

The solution is to not use the Bose music app . I try to use my earbuds without this app and problem is solve no more connection issue

I have to admit I am so very disappointed with BOSE and these earbuds I expected better. My son got me these for Christmas as this is what I asked for. Major connection issues and the left earbud fails to charge all the time

I’ve had to send three of them back for driver issues on the right bud (super quiet) on my 4th.. great customer service… and they sound amazing but damn … also have these connections issues constantly.. I give up… bad investment

100% Agree. A heavenly sounding earbuds made garbage due to pathetic and unacceptable issues. A 20$ buds work 10/10 with connectivity; the connection i issue also causes LOUD popping noises, can damage your ear. Absolutely stay away from this garbage ultra, until Bose decides to Fix this.

Disconnecting and reconnecting is not a solution. A solution means it’s fixed forever. I don’t wanna disconnect and reconnect every time I want to use them.

This happens to my bose quiet comfort 2 earbuds. So annoying to do this everytime I want to use bose earbuds so I gave it to my sister who has android and I bought apple earbuds pro 2.
