I have been a bose qc fan since qc1. I purchased the new ultra headphones. I have never been so disappointed in a product. They don't connect properly. Charging is intermittent at best. Sometimes 15-20 minutes puts nothing into the battery. The power button is in a stupid location and it is very slow to work. Holding the button will eventually get the on sound or off sound but why am I waiting 3+ seconds? Older models were instant! Terrible. I do not recommend

it takes longer to turn on bcuz of the new customtune tech, it scans your ears to optimize sound and NC

My dad to annoying to just restart his phone because he “didn’t want too” 😑so I just factory reset the headset so they would link to his shit phone they work great with my phone all the time just his phone they don’t like
