thanx WoodBeast. I have gotten a lot of questions with this. It is very finicky piece of equipment that is designed only to be used with the Bose L1 systems.Very expensive with very singular use.

I bought a used tonematch T1. The previous owner has set up his own scenes. How can I delete them and go back to factory setting. I tried what you posted about this but it’s not clearing the last owners scenes.

Did factory reset but it does not delete my previous user presets.

Don’t have this anymore, but make sure you’ve done the FULL RESET.

Demo mode on my tonematch head keeps coming over the creek and I can’t mute Chanel one or two and won’t let me factory restewt

Mine constantly has one of the channel edits lit up so I am unable to reach the main menu. Only options I get is to edutva channel

If this reset didn’t work u may need to contact Bose
