Woodkid was one of the best concerts I've ever seen. I was so tired from jumping, dancing and singing that night, my god. All my muscles were stiff as hell the next day and my throat was sore. I met friends there that evening, and when they asked if I had a seat they where surprised I answered no. I was surprised they had seats! Who can sit and watch Woodkid?! You simply cannot stand still during a Woodkid concert! :D

But this brought joy, tears, dancing (while working on my laptop); I can listen to it years after years without ever getting bored (so far!) and if there is one of the few concerts I don't want to miss in my life it would be one of Woodkid ! PS : I am LIVING EVEN MORE in the moments from 54:54' or even 1:06:26' and 1:08:41' :) I also recommend the video "VOLCANO LIVE OFFICIAL" (not mine) of course for the song but also for the impressive drums at 5:31'!

Necaris Okay, here’s the translation! I hope it’s gonna be useful :) 6:45 « Hello Lyon! Sorry sorry.. It feels weird to be here.. Feels like I’m coming back to home..! Huh, it’s been almost 10 years that I left, and it’s really crazy to be here tonight. When we started the concerts 2 years ago, we said that we really wanted to come to « Les Nuits de Fourvière » [on tour] one day. (Les Nuits de Fourvière = the festival where he did the concert; Lyon = the city where was the concert)So that’s it! Thanks, thanks.. » 12:40 « Thank you. Are you ok? And it’s not raining anymore! I hope it won’t come back.. [laughs] We’ve come to lots of festivals this year and there was always raining, so we’re kinda happy [laughs]Tonight we’re gonna play my whole album that was released two months ago [claps] and it’s a huge privilege to do it with the National Orchestra of Lyon tonight. [claps]I wanted to thanks the festival team before starting because it was a really great idea to work with them, and I hope you’re going to love what we prepared for you. My album is called « The Golden Age »… » 21:26 « Thank you!.. Woaw! It’s crazy! [laughs] Looks like you are in the back of each other.. It looks like a wall! [laughs] Also you got really good looking 'ponchos'.. [colored plastic cloth made to protect from the rain] A bit of colors in this painful world…I’ve something to tell you… [public: « je t’aime! »] I love you! 25:52 « [laughs] Me too! Thank you!.. Before releasing the album two months ago, we released an EP two years ago. And on this EP, there was a song which is really important to me -especially tonight- because it’s a song that deals with the distance.. [public shouts, he laughs and almost cries] it’s a song that deals with the place where I live presently, it’s a song called Brooklyn. 30:12 « Thanks! Are you still alright? It’s funny, I don’t know if you know but I lived at 150 meters from here for 5 years of my life! Isn’t this something crazy?! It’s a lot of neighbors! [laughs] Crazy. [public laughs, he’s really emotive] Sorry, I’m a bit affected. [public shouts] And I’m enjoying, I’m enjoying, because it’s our last concert before we’re going on holidays -which isn’t going to be painful- but.. I’m gonna miss it. So I’m enjoying; I look at you, you’re beautiful with your 'ponchos'. [public shouts, he laughs hard] Now, a song called « The Shore ». » 35:49 « [looks if it’s raining] It’s okay. Are you ok? [public shouts] I take you on a boat. » 49:30 « Thank you!! Not bad! Not bad at all!! Thanks..!! [laughs and dance a bit] Thanks! Are you cold? [public: no!] Do you need to be warmed up? [public: yes!] Okay… [public laughs] You know this one. »________________________________________________ I hope you’re gonna understand my english! :) I was at this concert. And you know what? I was the first to enter in the room, in front of the scene! This concert was the greatest of his carrer without hesitation! He cried few times, the public was in extase; it was phenomenal! Want a fun fact? In the 31st minute, he laughed hard because I shouted « you’re handsome! » and he heard me! I recorded it, I got a proof! Haha :p
