@Chat Martin u dont even got one so stfu! u claim a culture thats built on american lifestyle. If someone demand u to continue one of the african traditions u consider youself muricans if u talk about america u point africa out. talk maybe about the whites that helped you get out of the slavery too instead of always talking bout the bad ones like its just them cuz without unity the ancients never ld came out of it.

no we're still on the white man's head and don't forget that the way they treat black people here in the u.s.a. is the same way that they treat black people all over the world. not it is not the u.s.a. black mans fault; he barely realises it himself but the black man is in a world war and is going up against a true devil.

Thats true and its still true today to a certain degree but thats not the reason blacks go hard on blacks more then the mexicans.... I think its acturally the OPPOSITE of what your thinking.... I think they go hard on them because they know thier own kind....go hard....so its a competition of who goes the hardest..... With the mexicans its not even a competition (in most cases) with the exception of F13 VS ECC and a few others... Thats my theory anyways i could be wrong...im not saying the mexicans are weak by any means....just a different style.

Same reason we are cynical about humans but think animals are never immoral. When you feel comfortable with your people, you are more likely to criticize and compete with them because you think you know/understand them in and out. Other species ambiguous to us. We see the closest people or the people specifically in our bubble as competition. Could also be that we think we can't reason with our own people, especially blacks.

I’m Salvadoran and noticed this too. 3 of my co workers are black. 2 of them are from the hood. One of them from SE dc & the other one from va. Those both are from the hoods and everyday there’s this weird tension where it’s like there battling to see who’s the toughest in room. The third black dude is from Seattle and is one of the nicest people you will ever meet, but he gets picked on.....by my black co worker. It’s a weird dynamic and it’s sad to see it really baffles my mind bc they have so much in common but can’t get along

The two guys from the hood have anger and bitterness embedded in them from their life in the hood and they probubly struggle with trust. They pick on the nice black guy cause they love easy conflict, they perceive kindness as weakness so they can't help to bully him cause it makes them feel tougher, and they need someone to vent out their pent up misery on.

I think the main reason talking it out when there might be beef between Blacks and Mexicans, as opposed to not talking it out when you have beef with your own people, is that the chances of retribution taking place internally, is much lower. If a few homies within a set act out for whatever reason, and the group comes together to check them, what are the chances of those few homies retaliating? Whereas, if a Black set beefs with a Mexican set, talking it out makes sense, because if you don't, you know both sides will just go hard at each other to the point where the streets ain't safe, and the most important reason, no one can earn.

I'm am glad a black man is saying this. We are so quick to hurt each other, not that we should be trying to hurt anyone because we are all humans. But you as a black person can loose your life for the smallest offense when it comes to another black person. Dealing with this right now as a working professional where I am enemy number one in the community had my and my children's life threatened entire black community coming against us because someone told them something that isn't even true . Even if it was what business is it of theirs Some of us stay looking for a reason to hate each other I really feel sorry for those black men who are decent and have to deal with the just off the plantation types that don't know they free yet. There is so much self hate in our communities. Get you and your famiky to safety . Don't worry about what We are all in survive mode. Stay blessed every one.

Gangs need to be removed from society and new groups need to be formed that revolve around black interests. Simply rebranding gangs will eventually lead back to dumb crip and blood murderous nonsense. We need people who are just as smart as they are strong. Not just street smart. Economically, politically, etc. Basically, place a higher priority on being educated and looking up to scholars and thinkers, not someone who is just a "real nikka"

It's better than what most of us black folks come up with, which is complaining, blame, more reasons to victimize ourselves, hate, and stupid solution's where we try enslave ourselves like reparations(never understood how voluntarily making yourself a slave by being beholden to someone you believe owes you something you never worked for)

@Jeff M besides the "...work like white.. I mean regular people" statement which is tasteless and needless, there are points which are correct. The issue from what I observe is the confusing insistence of minorities in America falling for the Democrat party's policies, which clearly have a detrimental effect towards their communities. The Republicans aren't any better since they can't seem to get their message out properly. As long as us black people complain and make ourselves victims like how celebrities like Charlemagne Da God does, we're not going to move forward anytime soon.

Most people beef with people they know, people who are around them and who live somehow in the same area and "situation" as they themselves are in. It is very difficult to start a beef with someone you don't know who never said anything bad to you and who isn't involved in what you do in any way and then to justify what you did to yourself and people around you. So if you think about it like that the rest of the people are outsiders to gang members they don't know what is going on and it would be pretty much pointless to do something to person for no real reason. After you get involved then it is a different situation. To me I think it is their own fantasy world or "game" that they created and keep up (most likely because they are really bored and it gives them a type of identity and make them feel special) where some people are enemies and some friends and "we" other people just aren't part of that world in that way.
