TODAY'S RECIPE IS Bosnian Paratha Bakery Style | Easy Bosnian Paratha Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
All purpose flour 2 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar 3 tbsp
Yeast 2 tsp
1 egg
Lukewarm milk 1/2 cup
Oil 2 tbsp
Mix well
Knead for 5 mins
Smooth dough
Rub some oil
Rest for 30 mins
Roll the dough
Rest for 10 mins
Medium heated oil
Fry until golden brown medium flame
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
