This is such a great demo. Wow, you have a great recorded sound. So clean and pristine. And the pedalwork is obviously excellent
@Kiwi76RamenNoodle12 жыл бұрын
Mate, thank you for this demo! I only bought this pedal because my new amp has no reverb, and I figured that some delay would be better for adding a little spaciousness to the sound. I never really thought too much about the loop feature (I'm an old guy, so...) I never realized until now just what the "loop" on this thing can do! You just opened a door to another universe for me. Thank you. Oh, and most importantly, that was a brilliant musical performance! Thank you, again Joe, from NZ

I've seen a lot of demos and this is the best, hands down. A brilliant demo of the equipment and the talent, creativity and imagination of this person. A Master's Degree in Musicology. Hopefully Boss sees this and offers you a job and or any equipment you desire. I hope Guitar Player Magazine see this and does a write up on this person. Simple, elegant and a imaginative. I tip my hat to you. This is world class art; you know it when you hear it. Thanks for the joy. Wow!

@JK.Fraser8 жыл бұрын
Draw a face on the cap of that shoe, make it the avatar of the channel. Better yet, use a marker that will erase and put a different expression on it for every video. It would be great if the camera was straight on the shoe, that way your videos would have better eye contact than 90% of youtube vids LOL.

Woww.... such an amazing job! I love it... not only because you played a song that I love, Silly Love Songs, but also because you made me decide what delay pedal to buy :)
@gfmgma13 жыл бұрын
@DesirableDin Yes, you can't use any type of delay from this pedal while in 'Hold' mode (which is the loop mode). The thing is, while in this mode, the pedal records only for 40 secs. After this, it starts over from beginning. And, as for the delay settings, it can reach 6.4 seconds. Which means, if you play a note, that note can be repeated from 0 to 6.4 secs after you play it depending on how you set it up. By the way, there's no 'hold' mode in dd-3.

Wow, to accomplish this with a pedal whose primary function isn't even for looping, dude you rock! Awesome video! I've seen a lot of videos demoing the delay features of this pedal, but I haven't seen any that focus just on the looping capability- You just convinced me to get this pedal today. Seriously, they should pay you a commission lol. That aside, you're very creative! Man, you could literally sell that recording, or make it into a full song!

Nicely done. I just spent a few hours playing with my DD-7. Nothing as good as thus, though. An expression pedal would be good for the fade-out. You could even silence the loop and then bring it back in - but your timing on the return would have to be perfect.

@praisewiththestrings no, there isn't. i use hold mode just for practice at home and i don't really find it necessary to have delay effects in this mode, althought it would be nice. If you do need it, maybe i'd be better to get yourself a loop pedal and use this one as only a delay pedal.
