Really cool that they included some different reverb types, was never a fan of that Spring in the RE-20. Also being able to toggle of and on is great. This is an awesome pedal, thanks Roman. Wish you had spent more time on the other tape head modes but I get it was more about the tones and eq, cheers

Finally got my RE-202 and thought I'd just share this. I really wanted to be able to use the reverb by itself, which you can do, but only if you turn the echo volume down MANUALLY. My hope was that when I switch off the delay, the reverb could still be on regardless of echo volume or any other settings. I'm sure there is some sort of hack by using the presets or something but this is disappointing as I always leave reverb on. If anyone has a solid workaround, let me know!

🤣haha, you would have bought a reverb pedal then haha, this is just echo with 1 reverb plus...sell it and buy yourself a reverb pedal hahaha

I'm looking for a multi delay like the echo park, only with presets, and a functioning tap tempo. got interested in Boss DD200, but then realized it has no actual stereo. what else is there? I need the swell function, ping pong, and maybe a bit of eq flexibility. small size is somewhat important.

Can you compare it to the Space Echo in the Line6 Helix or HX Effects?

How do you control delay time on this thing? I don't see a knob for that... Is the only way using the tap tempo?
@philipellis70392 жыл бұрын
He says it’s the Repeat Rate knob (or Tap) in the video.

Great video as always , but one doubt do u use a very clean amp or a little bit overdriven amp?? T-you ✌
@shnobeltone2 жыл бұрын
Thank you, yes I use a clean amp and use the Daily Driver overdrive for a tiny bit of dirt

New tape sounds like a dd7, whereas the old tape sounds like a dm2w. I wish you would have used the old setting, especially now that the dm101 has come out. I'm much more interested in the analog like tones, not digital ones.
@adamnesbitt11 Жыл бұрын
Analog and tape sound totally different lol
@kosmicwizard Жыл бұрын
Tape is analog, FYI
@adamnesbitt11 Жыл бұрын
@@kosmicwizard Analog in delay pedal terminology generally refers to delays that use BBDs or bucket brigade devices. Which sound completely different to tape delays. DM2W and DM101 are BBD based delays, and no, they don't sound like old tape, or vice versa.
