I haven't played bloodborne since I have an Xbox One but I've heard the lore about this "spider" and I feel sorry for Rom. He's just minding his own business trying to protect the Yharnamites from the true darkness or something like that until you try to squash it. Same with Ebriatas

I kill him in my first try, you just have to be very agressive or... patiente. In my case, i always ignore the little ones, evade them, hit Rom with all i got, take distance and repite. Easy.

@@lurker7808 When you get to see and feel the shitstorm Rom throws at you at his long range it becomes easy since it's easy to see all the attack animations of Rom the Dumbass spider which involves of rolling and head rise tilting which both shows his crappy AoE, Very shitty explosive AoE and Single target barrage attacks which are very monotonous. It's the decision of either cleaning the small spiders first or picking hits to Rom while ignoring the horde of spiders since either you get bodied by impatience or get killed by spiders.

The witches teach you patience. You can ignore the big add they summon, dodge binding spell in p2. Rom teaches you more patience, but clean up the adds. He isn’t going anywhere. Watch for spells. Easy.

I killed it without getting hit...but took me a lot of time....i ignored all the small spiders. And i was just running around to avoid the meteor ..and at the same time looking for open area where i could give him few hits. Repeated the same thing, until it died. 😂 And one more thing, i didnt use lock on , and this gave more space & freedom

The boss is easy with patience just take out the baby spiders than focus damage on rom’s side. Still great boss though

Yeah but it isn't so easy in her second phase where if you get close to Rom she will explode or shoot you crystals from the floor and if you are only focussing on the spiders Rom will use her meteor attack that is an instan kil so you have to pay attention to both of them

This fight was the easiest one aside from any other easy bosses......Before the second it teleports that is. I usually deal almost 50% against Rom before it's first teleport and I always get bodied with the Meteor Storm afterwards.

@@tylerrussell9926 His most used ranged attack when the player is far enough from Rom, the dumbass spiddr rises for a bit which is the longest windup time among his movesets. It calls people sized blue meteors that aimbots players when they aren't fast enough to outrun it. This attack is easy to dodge while waiting for an opening from Rom...If the spiderlings are dead. If they are alive dodging is hard or you'll have to step back from Rom...which will earn you more Meteor Storms. Either way this fight test your patience rather than the player's skill. After all Rom didn't earn his title "The Dumbass Spider" for no reason.

Rom was annoying. Took me 5 attempts to kill her. I finally summoned Damian on my final attempt so he could draw most of the spiders off for me. He died about halfway through the fight, but I'd reached the point where she was doing big AoE bullshit attacks and not disappearing and spawning spiders, so it was fine. I'm not sure I used bolt against her. I think I didn't and then remembered that she's weak to bolt and fire, so I had regrets about not using bolt on her.

Bloodvial/vials, is such a cool, unique and strict word, that descibes the weird beauty of the game. I care a lot of these kind of things. When you would call a Estus Flask a Potion, then im ok, But a Fcking Needle, that you stab in your thigh, to get the blood of yharnam is something different, then a normal fcking potion XD.

Man i hate Rom so much. It is the hardest boss in the game for me. I beat Orphan on third try on my first playthrough, and have completed pretty much everything in the game, but man. I died like 20+ times on Rom. Even on second playthrough i died still like 10+ times. Fuck her.
