To me, even to this day Maria is in my top 1 boss fight. For the simple fact that with her, every single it feels like a sad ballad, and at the end a dance of death. Then, there's her design, lore, weapons, her ost. I was so locked in too because I remember at the time, the first time I fought her, back in like 2018, I got her in my first try. Just an incredible game.

Whenever I play a fromsoft game I always put the sound effects and such at a 6 and the music at a 10 so I can enjoy the music😂

I quit the game after that boss. DS3 was my first Dark Souls game. Hell, I was literally CRYING over him Then I went and beat both DS1 and DS2 with all DLCs and came back to that asshole and beat him in 3 attempts (at the first attempt I was one hit away, but I was panicking a lot so I died) Don't give up!
