I heard Mick from TPS play through this last weekend. ( didn’t know what it was then though, but given the sound I should have guessed) it sounded bloody fantastic live using wet/dry. My next purchase for sure.

Peter Jessop yours and mine both! Yeah I’m really impressed by this. I should mention though, which I neglected to do in the video, the Mono output has been optimized for this version to give the full Dimension effect in Mono So if you didn’t have GAS already...

I'm so getting this pedal! Side note: You should be in a band with Jason Schwartzman LOL!

@@SeanPierceJohnson FYI I got the Dimension C a couple days ago and I’m really digging it. I loved your demo. It can sound a little too 80s sometimes, but depending what you’re playing it’s a great tool to enhance a stereo rig like mine. That and the Strymon Deco are my only modulation pedals and it’s enough for now. Until I get the Ventilator II that is!

Very nice demo. Thank you! I am a strummer and have the Boss Waza Craft Chorus CE-2, the RV-6 and will get the Waza Craft Delay here in Japan. WOuld you think getting the Dimension would be an overkill or does it really add a different "dimension"? Thank you!
@SeanPierceJohnson5 жыл бұрын
Juan Carlos Lopez hey Juan! Thanks for watching. In all honesty, the DC-2w is a bit different than a chorus. There’s modulation in there but it’s achieved in a different way. Can’t say exactly how it done because I don’t 100% know but I think it’s worth it. You’ll most likely use one more than the other but the DC-2 is going to give you the spread, the CE-2 will give you the warble.

Nice Job! I always wanted to try this, I really like the Dimension C Toneprint Mitch Gallagher from Sweetwater made on Corona. Are you at Guitcon again this year? I heard it starts today.
@SeanPierceJohnson6 жыл бұрын
J Steen sadly I’m not at GuitCon this year. Would have loved to hang with Pete, Gearmanndude, and meet Andy finally but many factors lead to me deciding to stay home. I haven’t played that TonePrint but it might pale in comparison to this. It’s hard to explain exactly how this effect is achieved but it’s not a traditional chorus effect. Again, haven’t heard it so can’t say for certain.
@Jaysteenn6 жыл бұрын
@@SeanPierceJohnson Yea I understand that, life can be very busy and I'm sure it ends up costing lots of money to go to Germany even if they help get out there. If you watch the video of them making the Toneprint it explains what each dial does and how they created it. I can say the same thing, I never played the boss but I like the toneprint. Lol. Tore and Sweetwater did a great job on it! In my opinion, it's one of my favorites on the Corona. That would be awsome if you did a video with them side by side or a video shooting Dimension with other chorus pedals.
