@@mitsuri3096 I disagree on multiple accounts. One: it would make his boss fight less interesting. Two: with 2 versions of the game, it would create a massive discrepancy. The original DS1 has reached a sort of status such that it won't be updated again by FromSoftware under any condition. Three: FromSoftware has never changed entire boss fights just for preference. They may rebalance stats, at most, but never outright change a boss's mechanics. Four: FromSoftware hasn't updated any of the Dark Souls games in years, excluding patches for serious bugs or glitches.

Anor Londo is designed after Milan's cathedral, and the only reason the characters talk English is that English is the universal language, and not all games are always dubbed in every language. In fact in Japan it's dubbed in Japanese, not in english. It's fairly common tbh. Also, Anor Londo doesn't come from London, it's Sindarin, one of the languages spoke by the elves in The Lord of the Rings.

@@simonepriolo Wait you're serious? I'm a Silmarillion fan and I, had no idea that Anor Londo is in Sindarin. It feels like recently I keep finding references to it in unexpected places (Sindarin is not restricted to The Silmarillion obvs, but Silmarillion is much more of a "compendium" of sorts so it feels like Tolkien's constructed languages are closer to it and to his non-Hobbit/LotR works). I do have a question. "Anor" means "sun" in Sindarin, but I can't find a meaning for "Londo". Could it just be "lord"? Or is it the "lond - haven, harbour, pass, strait"?

Bit disappointed in Ornstein for the Seath performance, but then again Seath would probably have enough lucidity left to know that someone whose moniker is "Dragon Slayer" should be taken care of before Mr. Creosote. Also I wonder if any AI in the game is advanced enough to be able to win the Bed of Chaos fight. Doubt it, but maybe?

I'd say no, mainly because in ds3 even the late game bosses struggle with deacons of the deep(because they aren't programmed to target the glowing deacon)

Iron golem fight was amazing the balance thing kinda makes it fair since its a mechanic meant to be exploited by the player, two bosses would make him go into this state more often and win easily, the bug of chaos fight was hilarious i wonder how many of them would kill O&S but if too many used the pyromancy at the same time then your pc would melt instead lol what about ceaseless discharge? can it be moved from it's arena? although i am not sure if there's too many places to spawn him due to his size and because *tentacles* . for moonlight butterfly i just remember there were some butterflies on seath level, i wonder if those dont cause the lag issue you've mentioned before

Ceaseless Discharge can be moved, but he can't attack enemies at ground level. Moonlight Butterflies in Crystal Caves are the same as the boss, just with different stats and AI.

Seath's claw attacks seemed to not be aimed properly the entire fight, but theirs did to, so it's as fair as it gets for fights where one party is completely immune to the other party's main offensive ability. It's weird that the Stray Demon and Demon Firesage always use their weak magic attack instead of their much stronger and more varied melee attacks. Not really fair to put Centipede Demon against them away from its arena. Four Kings could probably beat Ornstein and Smough, if there were actually four instead of one. I've always found it really weird that Seath and Nito are so much weaker in boss vs boss fights, especially Nito, since the bosses aren't straight up immune to his primary method of killing.

Artorias, Manus, and Gwyn all had their own vs all bosses vids. They all lost to O&S, though credits to Manus and Gwyn they could win under the right circumstances. The only one to beat O&S and fairly comfortably at that was Kalameet.

@@AR-bj5et Again another contender that failed to make the cut. My thing is sure we already saw the match but who cares. How many times did we see Gael vs. Yhorm by both Pantagana and Bonfire VN, and all the other modder channels? Probably about a dozen to maybe even as high as 30 Gael vs. Yhorm matches between all the channels and videos. Does that make any one of them less interesting or less viewable? In my opinion no. These are in fact actually some of the most well-performing videos from all the channels. I also constantly requested Midir vs. Gael in Gael's arena back in the DS3 days, which I'm 1,000% sure would have brought in Millions if not at least a half million views, but no one wants to do it. Why? Again that is what baffles me, more fights in the videos = more watch time = more views = more content revenue... I guess some people(maybe even the modders themselves) really would just prefer to NOT see certain fights.
