On opening night of the 2008-2009 season, the Boston Celtics received their championship rings and raised banner 17 to the rafters.
From here on out, it's all business once again as Kevin Garnett, Paul Pierce, Ray Allen and the rest of the Celtics begin their title defense.

one thing i respect about paul pierce is that he never gave up on his team that drafted him at first. unlike lebron, he gave up on his team, and lost his legacy. even if lebron wins like 6 champioships later on, he will NEVER be on paul pierces level. same thing with kobe bryant, he did the same thing, and won 5 with the lakers. now that's what i call true heart of a champion
