Udoka chose a woman over trying to win a championship and that's why he's where he at now. Joe got thrown into the mix at the last minute and he took them to the conference finals and they would have went to the finals last year if Tatum didn't get hurt at the beginning of game 7 vs the heat. Udoka gets no praise for any of this.
