@@DW-zw2xp you are correct. I have not made the investment. I bought a bunch of valeton and other tonex etc. however the HX stomp crowd is huge.

I noticed some of your demos were using a Variax JTV89F which I have the same. Are you patches using any custom Variax models? Just wondering if there’s any Variax control with the patches?

silly question .. if I use modeling amps like Fender Mustang 1V2 or a small Peavey Vypyr 15 - is there any way to do this? Or is it possible with the Helix only and can 7 combine it successfully with one of that amps? Do I need a special input channel?

With regular pedals you could do it. Find a old blue MXR 5 band with a 800Hz slider. Also a tight distortion pedal. Not fuzzy or brittle sounding. Next a good echo pedal and reverb. If you go the Helix in front of an amp, turn off the IR and use the amps effects return jack. This bypasses the preamp and EQ section.

Glenn, I just bought this Boston patch for my Helix LT and the only blocks that come up to turn on and off are echo, reverb and 10 band EQ. Is it possible to turn off the drive to go from dirty to clean with one button?

Hi, I purchased your Boston preset, but I am *very* confused by the IR instructions. I put the .wav > IR100, but I have no clue what the rest of the instructions mean. 100 press high 101 2 off press 8 102 press 8 103 press 5 everything after "100" idk wtf it means. can someone explain it to me like i have autism? b/c this really makes me feel like i have autism.

@@dancurtis461 IR s-press5 goes in slot 103 for Boston. If you purchased Van Halen and the others The other slots are listed. So you don't need the information on the others IRs.

@@GlenHyden in case I didn't mention, this is the first pro preset I have ever purchased, and it is excellent. Better than any of the free ones, and the $9 is about right. I'm glad it wasn't $10+ because I don't think I would have bought it. Happy with it now though.

Yes. I do not have a Stomp just yet. The patch files are txt. So copy over settings and match order should put it in place.

Yes. If only the left jack you could do mono. USB out is also stereo.
