I'm glad the weather cooperated on Sunday and unfortunately it was too warm of a day on Monday. Funny how I ran into the Tracksmith shakeout run when you were going through Brookline. It's part of their normal Sunday long runs and at first I was confused why there were so many runners the day before the big marathon and guessed it must be a Tracksmith shakeout run when I saw the same crowd heading back towards Boston along Beacon.

Only just got around to watching this Matt. Were Tracksmith selling the shoe bag with a selection of goodies in or were these just made up for famous shoetubers like yourself? Would be fun opening a selection of goodies in knowing that they were in your size but unsure on what you were actually getting the day before a big race.

Thanks for watching, Mark! It was the second option but definitely minus the “famous” part in my case. 🤣 I’m sure Tracksmith didn’t intend for any of the gear to be worn the next day for the race, but if I didn’t already have my TS top selected I would have worn the one they gave me.
