Thank you so much for the video. this is awesome. but had a question, in TCA part, you have mentioned, clonidine is alpha blockers which makes sense but clonidine turns out to be alpha adrenergic agonist and with decreased sympathetic outflow decrease BP, so kind of dispute between between alpha blockers and alpha agonist action of clonidine. Thanks again.

Hi and thanks for the comment. Your points are good. I should be more specific in saying that by decreasing the CNS outflow, there is an "alpha like blockade" effected on the peripheral vasculature and a reduction in blood pressure. I hope that makes more sense. Thanks again!

Hi Jennifer! YES! envenomations are on the test and I discuss them in the "ORTHO/TRAUMA" presentation. Lightning strikes are not on the test.
