Did you take permit from gulmarg parking area? We heard that they allow only few vehicles per day..

@@ria060491 ok , taxi driver asked 5000 for permission and to take us ..but it's not worth

That is a problem there..The taxi drivers and guides charge anything and requires rigorous bargaining to settle at some value..
