A classic location but definitely not one to miss out out because it's been photographed before. You got fantastic light and created some great images.

Thanks Andrew , certainly is a photogenic bit of our coastline and full of such history , be a crime not to photograph it when in the area !

Hi Lee lovely to see where you visited and some stunning piece of coastline. There is no way I’d have crossed that sketchy bit of path so well done for making it past there. Beautiful images, stunning light and lovely to see some heather in the foreground. Really enjoyed the video and images thanks for sharing Adele & Max 😀

Thanks for watching, its a lovely part of the Country , the coastline is so dramatic, and these two Engine Houses have been photographed thousands of times im sure , but it was a first for me and one i wanted to see. I may have tweaked the colours to bring the heather back as it had died off by the time we got there :-o . Take care.

What a location Lee! Never been to that part of England before but reminds me of a few places I've visited on my trips to Wales. That first shot at 3:20 has such lovely golden light but loved the 25 second long exposure! The vertical 6:12 had a beautiful painterly (as Nigel Dansen calls it) look to it. Wow, that certainly was a sketchy walk down/up that path! One wrong step to either side....Great video to start the day here mate. Really enjoyed it and glad you had a great time away! Have a wonderful week over there!

Thanks Paul, it really is a stunning location but this time of year when the sun sets it casts some beautiful light on the side of the old mines and the little bay with al the rocks beneath , i tried to edit each image slightly differently as the compositions were so similar , but the light was stunning , just a little to much cloud on the horizon to produce any real colour in the sky but the light on the mines was lovely. That little path out to the shooting spot is not for anyone who suffers with vertigo and maybe not in high winds but worth the effort to get out there . Take care mate .

Always wanted to go here and never have ! It’s on the list for sure. Looks like you got some lovely light too, great pics especially the ones with the heather in the foreground, really helped the image IMO

Thanks mate , wish I got there earlier, by the time I set up at the spot I was I didn't really have time to scout round for more compositions, it's a great sunset location with far more on offer than I showed here, get there early if your planning a trip ! The heather had been and gone to be honest but managed some selective colour enhancements in Photoshop to bring it back to the colour I thought it might be !

This is a location I didn't know about, but it's fantastic. Great subject, great light, and equally great shots. I think 4:16 was my fave, but also quite liked the black and white shot, later in the vid. I was listening to Tori Amos' new album today, which is inspired by Cornwall (she lives there). Beautiful part of the world - I need to get back there soon! Great vlog mate, really enjoyed that. 🙂

Thanks mate , got there about hour before sunset , really wish I had got there earlier to be honest so many more compositions but being out on that ledge is a little limiting from there but great location . Thanks mate .

@@LeePelling I think you could spend a whole year at this location and only scratch the surface of possible composition. There is so much to shoot, classic compositions to more unique compositions up by the old workings near the car park. 👍📸
