Glyph of death strike doesn’t increase your healing at all, it only increases damage. The healing is only dependent on your disease count not damage of the strike. I recommend glyph of vamp blood for survivability.

Whoops! I misspoke. I actually think it was Glyph of Disease then that made the runs so smooth since on beta the diseases were probably falling off on my main target the first time I tried making the video. I appreciate you pointing that out.

Hard to maintain 750k per hour, takes pure focus and kiting mobs to new packs to pestilence that pack and repeat. Also meaning if you loot… huge xp loss. I looted pretty much the whole way regardless, got to 77 and never want to see bot again

umm mark of blood has nothing to do with your wep. ITs how fast the mob is hitting you, Aka great to use on rogues and ferals in pvp

I find myself getting hit insanely hard by the mobs for some reason making it almost impossible to pull more than two at a time. Any advice?

I'm not sure what your setup is, but I'd try to spread your diseases immediately to slow all the mobs attack speed by 20% and try to focus one mob down. Your opener should be something like Death and Decay -> Icy Touch* -> Plague Strike -> Pestilence, then look to spam Death Strike on the most important target (Mender/Steward/Channeler), while keeping diseases on all the targets. Make sure you're in frost presence to mitigate more damage overall. For the packs you know you'll take more damage, be conscious to conserve some runic power to summon and sacrifice your ghoul to heal, or use a cooldown like Icebound Fortitude or Anti-Magic Shell. There's a lot of magic damage in the dungeon and we can get a lot of value from Anti-Magic shell, if you see a couple mobs casting on you at the same time (Greenkeeper), a well timed Anti-Magic Shell can help mitigate quite a bit of damage. In general we take a lot more damage than Warriors and Paladins so we still have to respect a lot of the instance. I try to pull the dungeon only a couple of mobs at a time.
