I have changed the vario on one of those 8480 and this week iv got one stripped out to replace the diff crown and pinion and then 4wd pack which requires the vario out, split to remove the card and brake and remove the pack. Nightmare jobs 😂

We had one blow in our first 8480 but sent it out to get fixed. Doesn’t sound like something I feel like dealing with until the time comes 😂
