From Australia... this brings back fond memories of the Avalon Airshow in 1995, when a Sukhoi Su-27, flown by famed test pilot Anatoliy Kvotchur, was among the drawcards. I was able to get his autograph and thrill at the Su-27's manoeuvres. Thanks for the memories, Bo.

I explain it to my kids like this; he WAS a real flesh and blood guy, but was eventually made a saint for his good deeds. God maybe sent him back down with magic and elves to continue doing good deeds for good people, and to counter the "stick" that is Krampus by offering positive reinforcement to kids who are good. It ends with them knowing the ACTUAL story of Santa, and it doesn't ruin the "magic" that I honestly think is critical to creating children of merit and kindness.

Did you know that some missiles actually have a built-in anti-avoidance system that detonates the missile and a secondary shrapnel charge into the enemy aircrafts wing and fuselage, in order to prevent the enemy from being able to dodge the munitions by flares or manual maneuvers?

Pro tip: dont waste R73 in headons, id you shoot them from behind is a guaranteed kill, instead go around using the HMD acquiring mode and use R27ER im headons

I get R73 kills all the time in head ons. It is actually pretty crazy how good they are. If you check out the MiG 29 SMT video we did there are some head on missile kills at less then half a mile where missile just cooks the enemy aircraft going for a head on gun run.

To me this is what the matches look like. Top tier planes? Incredibly cool. Top tier gameplay? Blah if I’m being generous. Fly towards red side, lock, shoot, hit chaff/flares and repeat till empty or shot down. It doesn’t even pretend to require the need to outthink another player or any sort of tactics. You just need to have the most over the top toys in the match and some good rng from the server hamsters. Maybe I’m wrong. But regardless of creator, that’s the impression I’ve gotten from watching these games.

There is a work that goes into it before the match. Understanding what your missiles are and how they work. What radar to use and what situation, getting your load out correct, and then managing your key binds. There is numerous ways to play top tier jets. The way we are running is low and fast for the reason of attempting to reduce the chances of the enemy team acquiring a radar lock on us and keeping it. Its very hard for Radar guided missiles to track a jet against terrain. Everything happens a lot faster and if you stay to straight in the wrong spot or turn at the wrong time... it is unforgiving. It took me almost a year and a half to get to this point where I am starting to feel comfortable flying this stuff and the learning curve was a cliff at first. It took half a dozen people's assistance for me to get where I am. That is what you don't see in the content.
