Look at Yuki, he's been very very mediocre the past few years since he had a semi solid seat, but now that his seat is uncertain, he's slapping DeVries around like it's nothing. Keep in mind that Nyck is anything but a rookie, a F2 champion, a FE champion and he's 28 years old. He should have no problems beating Tsunoda. Once Valtteri gets some pressure on him again he'll start to perform again.

People literally forget Sauber is just a really small team that is in partnership with Alfa Romeo. What they need is to focus on building the cars and training their future talent, which is Zhou. Unless of course you want another wasted talent like Mick in a tractor Haas on their debut year, giving no chance to prove their talent and skills.

I think some teams over analyze everyhing theire drivers do, and they get ring fenced into a small vsrsion of themselves. Only if they start being really good does the team loosen up. But think ither teams don't worry as mush about those aspects, which can sometimes mean they can capitalise of their drivers personalities, just look at what Gunther did for Haas.

Like Toto Wolff once said: we don't fire anybody... we find better accommodation (referring to Bottas) I believe one of the most spontaneous answer that can come from a Mercedes director.
