how do u clean the little pasta shape attachments´? the holes are so small?

Hi Paul, the best way to clean the bronze dies is after use put them straight away in a solution of water and viniger and keep them there until the next time you use them changing the water when needed. The new batch of pasta will push out the old pasta that you will discard of, If you use steel instruments to clean and pick away the old pasta you will end up damageing the inside of the dies as bronze is a very soft metal.
