Bottling Business | Spanish Style Bangus Sardines in a bottle | Easy Recipe

Spanish style sardines
1kg baby bangus sliced soaked and washed very well
40g salt
per bottle
3pcs sliced carrots
1pc bay leaf
1pc fresh labuyo
1pc shallot
1/2 tsp whole peppercorn
Mix everything
1cup olive oil
1c white wine
1 1/2tbsp patis
1/2tsp paprika
