Lubricating in this case is just to prevent access of water to the bearings. If you look carefully (time 2:10) you will see that there is a pin that positions the crank arm to its place. The center screw is just a cover and it's tighten with a minimum torque (3 Nm).

I have lithium grease and copper grease. Any of these ok for this purpose?

You just lubed the plastic cap that keeps stuff out of the bairings so would make 0 difference,to need to actually clean the bairings you can only service certain bb aswell

this will not help at all - you need to carefully remove the plastic top hot spacer seal and the grease seal under that - then cover the exposed bearing in a generous coating of grease and replace seals - these bearing run for ever if you carry out this simple procedure - they virtually always fail because the grease is lost and water gets in and they rust and seize

sorry guys, but how that stopper plate can positions crank arm to its place? Shimano instalation manual says difference. Anyway, there is no place to screw up. Even that plastic original screw is working in the same way as head set cap.

Why do you lubricate plastic piece on the bottom bracket, there you have plastic against metal, I think it's better to put on the shaft where you mount the crank arm, there you have metal against metal. Also think it is an advantage to tighten the center screw before you mount the arm and then tighten the crank arm. This way the center screw helps to press the crank arm back in place.

At no point did I see you lubricating the bottom bracket bearings. All you've done is remove the crank and cleaned it. Do you not know what you are doing?
