Inject a good dose of CRM love into the hearts of all men so that the whole Earth can live in harmony! After watching a glorious episode of this unique family, how then can you wish anyone ill? I watch Carlos interact with his comrades and, immediately, I want to go give people hugs and handshakes! There must surely be in the Bible or any other spiritual book a sacred passage on the CRM shop... In this other memorable episode, we follow our favorite family outside the house, on familiar trails. How satisfying to see the respect other dealers have for Carlos. Even if it is barter, sales and trade, we feel a certain form of reverence and admiration for Carlos coming from the competition. Meeting Carlos seems to become a communion with the Holy Spirit of watches. And I haven't even mentioned Dan, my favorite character, this monument of restful calm, and Betty and Saundra, the luminous ones, for whom we get emotional as soon as they speak! Ohhh, i could go on and on and on... But let's save some juice for next week. And that is the only real negative point of CRM: making us wait seven full days before seeing them again. Making us wish everyday was friday. Making us wish everyday was CRM day. Peace.

Honest question, because I see this alot in not only your videos but many other watch channels; Mainly at the shows but sometimes in the office, I see people on their phones completely distracted from who is trying to talk to them and no one seems to care. I totally understand that you guys are working and taking care of other deals but I never see anyone mentioning it. It this something that is just typically expected and no one really minds or does this ever get brought up from time to time as an issue? Ive personally never worked in a business that has ever been so demanding that I would need to focus on so much at once/

Most of our time is dedicated to the use of electronics to answer client DMs, emails, comments, etc. The volume of business we do electronically completely dwarfs face-to-face interactions. Unfortunately, we can't choose one over the other and must balance both. Most of the business that we do you don't really get to see, the electronic part. What you mainly see are the face-to-face interactions, phone calls, etc. I hope that clears things up for you. Again, thank you so much for taking the time to comment and watch our videos.

Sheesh... some of these dealers are going to get WRECKED if the market ever pops... wow, I mean I know a lot of the bigger dealers will sit on a couple million in stock, but I swear, these dealers with $10 million in Richard Milles and Pateks... they stand to lose MILLIONS if the market drops even 20%. I know Scott, but trust me, this is a new financial paradigm we're seeing. People are pointing fingers at greys, but all they have to do is look around. Commodity prices are off the charts. They're setting records in different areas. For Christ's sake, coffee was up more than 90% last year. All of this is by design and a lot of people in the sidelines wishing for a grey market implosion are missing the forest for the trees.

@@Crmjewelers yes you're right many things have went up but unfortunately Rolex watches have not!! over a two or three-year. They went up to to 3% so comparing coffee and other items to Rolexes is a bad comparison only the grey market for watches has raised the prices new Rolex watches are pretty much the same now it's somebody's out there buying coffee on the great Market or gas on the grey market that would just be weird

@@scottallan3327 agree, I'm not comparing apples to apples. That wasn't my intention. A lot of the volume for commodities like coffee occur in the futures market. There's really no futures market for luxury watches...at least yet. We've met with an investment firm that has big plans to offer watches as a more accessible to asset class to more investors, given how it has performed most asset classes around. During the last 3-year period, Rolex watches (on average) are up around 80% total (as per industry data). I'm not sure what you mean when you say that Rolex watches have not gone up during this period.

Fascinating to watch. The higher end AP & RM traded constantly, usually between dealers, just like a currency not a watch. But what do “ordinary” retail customers all want? Yep, as I said last week… Rolex Steel Panda, Pepsi & Batman Jubilee (which you don’t have). Buy steel sports Rolex (or the right Patek). Leave the rest alone. For now at least.
