That console unfortunately has a defective GPU - anything from early 2008 or before that was not repaired by microsoft will die within a few weeks to a few years. That's probably why it red ringed in the beginning.

Actually never mind it was almost certainly the capacitors. That console looks to not have been used much and probably still has some life in it lol
