I've been back in the gym for about 2 months after being away. I'm feeling better than ever and the results are showing. Best workout channel on KZbin. You guys get straight to the point, make it fun, the workouts are well categorized and push you hard. Thanks guys!

Tried this workout yesterday and it is one of the best shoulder workouts I've ever done. Completed it without supersets in 35 minutes and lets just say I was dying in pain and sweat by the end of it haha. Great job dudes from UK.

I like that you guys use weights that are still tough for you, it makes the videos more accurate to what the movements look like. Informed extra tips too. Great job as always!!

Great shoulder workout, such a great suggestion to blast the rear delts and upper back. I've noticed that some of the quickest professional athletes (NFL rb's and olympic sprinters come to mind) have very developed rear delts / traps / rhomboids / erector spinae muscles.

Just finished this for shoulders day and it's killer!! I did 12-10-8-6 for the presses and cable face pulls because I didn't have a good bench for them, and it was awesome! Tha is dudes!

I tried the your modified method of the DB lateral raises with the supinated start position. WOW that felt great and really felt it in the lateral head. I tried it during a warm up set. I will be using that technique from now on. Thank you

I did try your shoulder press workout in the gym, and I was impressed in the results. It does really work the shoulders when you properly place your hands on the bar and spaced correctly between shoulder width.

very good. do you guys do the British 'shoulder fly'? dumbbells with palms turned to ceiling, starting position is like a cross then bring the dumbbells together over your head. finding it amazing for new growth

Tried this today and wow seriously intense , plus incline barbell face pulls add a different spin as I usually do reverse pec deck or similar.

I have been lifting pretty heavy for quite a few years off and on. My shoulders felt like they were going to fall off after this. Glad I did traps prior to doing this.

Hey guys thanks for all the vids you post Its helped me tremendously and you are my go to guys for not only workouts but nutrition and supplements. You guys definitely know what you are talking about and have us in your interest and its awesome. Just did my shoulder day yesterday and I used to hate it because I sucked at it but all of your videos have helped my form and everything now its one of my favorite days of the week, tearing up them boulder shoulders!

Loved the workout dudes! Here's a really good video suggestion: How about you ask the viewers for questions they want answered and every 2 weeks for example you make a video answering all of the fitness and any other questions we ask! Seems like a great idea because i've got lots of questions :)

I like to do my shrugs with back, for the same reason you pointed out here in that traps are more involved on a shoulder workout so In doing them with back I feel they are getting worked twice a week if on a more split type workout schedule

TheZomBee Yeah I was thinking the exact same thing :D I know that those sets are really good, because I have done shoulders kinda same way. But it really isn't that viable on a big gym where are also other people :D

***** Usually there are also other people who would like to train. So if you are taking like 10 dumbbells only for yourself then you are most likely to ruin someone else's training.

One of those shirts is mine as soon as I get paid. This channel is a few that I swear by. Others: AthleanX, Scooby1961, CanditoTrainingHQ, CalisthenicMovement, BrendanMeyers, and MichaelKory, PoG That being said, This is the channel that got me into lifting and got me on the right track. I really want to know how much you guys workout a day and in a week. Do you do 1 hour to an hour and a half every day al week or do you have a rest day? And how much do you eat/ rest. Please do one video on your daily consumption habits and time spent at the gym weekly!!

awesome video, I am looking forward to the back video. I really need to write this stuff down. Sometimes I get to the gym and draw a blank, then I just try and remember the workouts you mentioned and end up forgetting one or two. I really kicked my own ass on a Wednesday, and I still had two more days of school and 4 12.5 hour work days to go and about 4 hours a sleep between each day. I was exhausted for 2 days and I felt it necessary to take off a third day because I thought I might have over done my workout seeing that I also have to carry a 45pound book bag around with me every day. Anyway, I got homework to do, later Buff dudes.

When doing the shrugs, do you always use a bar? or do you also use dumbbells which would let you roll the shoulder back which the bar doesn't let you do?

For the lateral raises, are you doing "1 set followed by 1 dropset" 3 times, or 3 sets (each at one weight) followed by 4 dropsets (each set of the four at a decreasing weight) or maybe even something else? The video shows you guys doing a total of 5 sets.

what can i do about shoulder pain that was due to poor form on the bench press? has sort of a popping feeling. i have fixed my form and tried to build up my shoulder and warming it upbut doesn't seem to go away. any suggestions?

I have a question, During my workouts i sweat a lot and i mean a lot as in my shirt, arms and even legs are covered in sweat. Any advice to stop that from happening? O and a big fan of the show.
