Muscles can mean something but it always depends on the individual. A lot of gym man rarely get into fights because people assume muscles = fighting ability. Fighting endurance is separate to any other kind. I think armz wins but not convincingly the way most people expect.

Exactly spot on. I’ve trained boxing, muay Thai and basic wrestling with a few submissions in my locker. Literally in Ramadhan a big brother must’ve seen me and my mate grappling in the studio gym. He came in and was impressed. I then challenged him to a grapple first one on the belly or back loses he scoffed. I swear to god I pulled off the fastest fake double leg, clinch with inside trip and he was done 😭😭😭 since that day he calls me bigman in the gym 😭🤣🤣🤣

Ruiz was an underdog not because of his size but because of his lack of recognition. Bouncers an underdog because hes an overweight thug fighting a guy who’s built like francais ngannou but has no skills.
