Rational is cognitive scale which gauges maximum achievement for self to others satisfaction. Formal (self oriented) to substantive (other are oriented) rational.. If that scale which gauges rationality is bounded by social, religious, cultural & constitutional boundaries...will bound the rationality for self &:others in either side... Like bounded in form of accepted not accepted, to be opted or not to be opted, supported or not to be supportive...legal& legtimized or not as per rational cognitive scale made by our mind within the boundaries mentioned earlier.
