Combo consist in using a Concentration potion and then a bomb to apply Shrapnel and Open Wounds.
The key of this is to have Shrapnel + 10% Cooldown reduction on Trinket + Decanter on Charm
And use Open Wounds
With both Shrapnell and Open Wounds you will have 40% extra damage to the monster after the bomb.

You can also add on top Cruel Fortune to maximize criticals in the short amount of time you have Concentration potion active
