Converting this veh was such a good move. The main cabin is pretty neat and functional - used many times now throughout lockdown, road trips and visits. At the end of the day though, it's an expendable item that we know can be wrecked, written off, burnt out etc. Train hard, fight easy. 🦾

@@derealovesurvival7549 Van conversions is pretty lucrative these days too. Buy a cheap van, do minimal conversion and make thousands. Most people though just end up on a campsite with them.

Thank you for your video. My experience was with marine applications but the same thing, the house bank of batteries, the engine bank, and the splitter. Once it was hooked up to the solar, it was pretty well maintenance free. You know, wash the salt off the panels and make sure the splitter was set right. Keep up the great work and good luck.

Slaving off the main vehicle batter makes good sense and provides an easy way of charging whilst on the move yeah. For stationary work solar is great. Many thanks man.

Inside door locks are great! An auxiliary battery is good to have as is solar charging. Like #12. Blessings 🙏🏼👍🏼

The front cab area was the easy bit. Yeah, security was a priority from the start.

Yes, bikes get put in the main area. Not sure what you meant by the "the metal foam- emp?".

@@HuplesCat The insulation blocks are foil covered yeah, then joined with foil tape. The main intention is to create a vapour barrier. Signals are shielded within, to a certain extent, but I doubt any real emp protection will be added (windows are a major source of access/leakage). Phone signal and radio signals are hugely reduced within.
