im confused why didnt lockey just hit a little cut at 9:45. it kicks right off the slope so you could have played it left edge with a little knockdown pitching wedge.

+joec0914 "Lumpy" is the name of Lockey's Callaway X Utility Prototype club. They call it Lumpy because it has a sort of lump along the sole of the clubhead.

For example, if a ball comes to rest in the rough and there are leaves all around, the golfer can clear away the leaves and not incur a penalty." Mark's ball and the loose impediment (looked to be a leaf or a stone?) were clearly on the fringe and not in a hazard. Furthermore, Mark removing the loose impediment did not cause his ball to move. IMO, there would be no penalty in this case.
