Thank u brother for ur great effort and the information from bowbazaar about the two tunnels and their status. However u did not give status of evacuation shaft. Percentage completed. Ventilation shaft at Wellington has been abandoned due to soil. The work is going on in extreme secrecy due to 2019 & 2022 mishaps. So don't think KMRCL will give u permission. But can try. U may however get permission from L&T for victoria😊
