Your closing comments regarding the pressure washer, I did a wall mount last year and its one of the best things I have done in the garage. Yes, it's a lot of messing about piecing it all together, organizing a plumber and electrician, but the end result is pure convenience! I have some sort videos of the setup on my channel if you are interested, reach out if you want some advice!
@AnthonySarino-f7n3 ай бұрын
Surely you did not require a plumber and electrician for that. What a tremendous waste of money. Learn to go basic things yourself.
@DFBsGarage3 ай бұрын
@@AnthonySarino-f7n It's illegal to do electrical and plumbing work in Australia without a license, so you must use a licensed professional. So, it's not a waste of money if I get what I wanted. In any case, perhaps make sure you use correct grammar and spelling when taking pot shots at other people.

@@DFBsGarage Mate just because it's illegal doesn't mean 99% of the population isn't doing it. It's also illegal to go above the speed limit. Do you also call an electrician to change your light bulb? And a plumber to flush the toilet for you? I typo'd do for go, at 1 in the morning. I guarantee I am smarter than you and I have the credentials to prove it. My ATAR was 97.30, what was yours?

That's excellent to know, I'd imagine for occasional use only on ceramic coating? I'm just wondering if you are able to do an instructional video on polishing by machine for the very first time? I've hand polished but am overwhelmed by the specifics of machine polishing and would learn so much from you as you explain so carefully 😊😊😊

It’s their version of CarPro Descale. It’s an acidic wash.

Hi.great video.cant wait to try this out.just wanted to ask what hose is connected to your ryobi pressure washer as I have e the same machine and looking for a longer hose.thanks.
@EvolvedDetails3 ай бұрын
Thanks, it's the ryobi longer hose they used to sell at bunnings, unsure if it's still available now. If i were upgrading I'd get an uberflex ect and adapters to suit
@AnthonySarino-f7n3 ай бұрын
Carpro Descale is the one for water spotting, Carpro lift is same as Bowdens mega snow foam. Acid vs Alkaline.
@Ian_P3 ай бұрын
The more I read about the product the more uses I can see for it. I'm going to pop down the SCA and pick up a bottle. I'd say this product will be great as a 3 month wash on darker coloured, ceramic coated vehicles. (Gentle water spot removal). Noice.
@EvolvedDetails3 ай бұрын
Honestly shocked me how much I liked it and I'm really only scratching the surface on what it's uses are but even still it's going to become a favourite for me

Only a couple minutes in. So is this slightly acidic then? I'll hit BOs website to do some reading. Thanks again J. 😁👍 EDIT. Just read BOs website. It is acidic. "Lower pH" Unfortunately it does not state the exact pH. Would love to know the lower pH level to compare it to CarPro Descale. Seems acid wash soaps are not as common as alkaline wash soaps. We know the reasons, but people who know like the choices for different applications in the vehicle we detail.

Can I ask why the exact pH number is important?

@@Ian_P in what way specifically?
@Ian_P3 ай бұрын
@@Disciple11 okay. Let's say you have several wash soaps that are low, high, or neutral pH. Knowing the exact pH helps me to determine how I can use the wash soap. For example. (and I know this is what you're after... but you already know this as you detail too right? So I'll assume you're testing me...) Nv SNOW+ has a pH of 8.1 (alkaline). Mirch Decon has a pH of 9.5. Out of these 2 products I can use my noggin to determine how and which one to use on any given vehicle. Example ... I'd use NV Snow + on a new car for a paint correction/coating prep. I'd use Mirch Decon on a very grubbing, heavily soiled vehicle. I could also use it to strip an existing sealant off a vehicle. There are so many ways one can use these products once you know their pH make up. Hope that helps.
@adamcrea35473 ай бұрын
@@Disciple11 coz if you have waxes or sealants on your car it can strip it off if its not ph neutral

Might be a good occasional interim wash for black cars with water spots, by the way black is the worst colour for company cars lol

Yeah I'll be buying 5 litres of it asap as since filming this video they've released it. Black wasn't the first choice at all but it was 4k cheaper as nobody seemed to want black and the dealer wanted it gone so I thought it was worth grabbing
