Loved the video Rob! I'd highly recommend a bamboo steamer! The way they're made prevents the cooled steam from dripping back down on the fish, and the bamboo seems to lend somewhat of an herbal earthiness to the steamed food that's lacking from a plastic one. Reducing plastic use is always a plus as well! Cheers.

Soak tilapia in lemon juice for a few mins then add to pan with a lot of butter and mince it up. Add it to a tostada with lemon tomato and cilantro! It is soooo good!

Remove the organs. Thoroughly add salt on tilapia's skin. Golden fry the whole tilapia. Soy sauce, lemon and red chilli, square cut purple onions and tomato For dipping sauce. The sauce is the best part of eating tilapia.

a lil tip you might like: sesame oil has a really low smoke point, its usually best to use another oil to cook and then just put the sesame on at the end of cooking for the flavor.
