Worked the gulf coast after multiple hurricanes helping clean up and rebuild. Even though I was 12 hrs from home I always ate like a King, these communities always came together to support each other during times of need. Not a day went by I wasn't invited to supper somewhere, and always left with a plate for later. Blue crab, flounder, Redfish, shrimp, Crawfish, mullet etc...... Low country boil and some of the best sausage I've ever had 😋... Good people down there.. Even though most folks were living in Fema campers they still took care of us like we were family.... Salt of the earth!!! Made this ole boy from the Carolina's feel right at home...

I just made seared tuna for dinner! I marinate in soy, sesame, ginger, garlic, black pepper and a splash of mirin. Coat the outside in toasted sesame seed and search about 1 min per side. Perfect ❤
