I discovered this routine on my own but it lets me know I am on the right track. For added challenge, do 4 minutes of front planking and 2 minutes on left and right side planks, after this workout.

@@BowflexWorkouts I mainly just watch youtube while riding. Lots of golf content.. good good, rick shiels, etc. I used to put my laptop on the bike and watch there but I just recently mounted an old tv in the room, and just use a chromecast to cast it.

Yeah, just hold the handles and bring them to somewhere between your shoulders and chest. I've done that before and if that doesn't feel right, try crossing over the handles behind your back and hold at shoulders.

I’m liking this one a lot. Though you crack me up when you say “you probably have less resistance than you can handle and we’re gonna make that up with reps.” I’m over here dying with 40 lbs on each side 😂 #XCEED

Hah! These exercises are hard! What I was trying to say is that 40 or 60lbs might not sound like much, but it is on this routine! When I drafted up this routine, I thought I'd be fine with 80 on each side. Nope!
