Just ordered this kit yesterday. The only thing I have to figure out is where to place the anchors. I don't have space outside, so it will have to be indoors. Some of these can be done by mounting it at the top of a door, but some will require more space and for the anchor point to be higher up. I'm thinking of placing an anchor high up in my living room, as the ceiling is about 12 feet high, so I just have to find a beam to drill the anchor into. Looks like these offer an amazing workout, and hit muscles that you don't usually hit in the gym. Time under tension is also a great way to get stronger and build muscle.

No 'iyt's? these are good for upper back, just lean back and extend arms and pull yourself up, with your body making I, Y, T shape. For the side planks, do some reach unders with the hand that's not on floor. Then see if you can do the side planks on a straight arm. I could do them a few years ago (when I was much fitter) but they gradually made my wrists hurt and had to quit doing them on straight arm.
