See that's why I say you know someone's a braider when they can braid short hair. An African shop got mad at me bc I had a twa. I used to braid back in the day and I was like Ummmmm ma'am there are methods for this. But they dont know. That's one reason why I dont go. They dont have technique or care about the health of your hair.

My hair is just a lilltle bit longer than this and when I scheduled an appointment to get my hair done I just wanted regular braids. My hairdresser told me to send her a picture of my hair to see how long it isI sent her the pictures and she said my hair wasn't long enough to get single braids so I had to get a sew in. Thats because the person isnt skilled enough to grip the hair, even i know how to grip short hair ever since i did the big chop. It really isnt that hard, there are some good stylist that could easily do your box braids for you.

Missy Girrl yea I loved my gray hair! The compliments can get overwhelming just like when I wear blonde hair! Everyone loves it! I get stopped a few times a day! You just have to step out and see if you like it, everyone else will fall in place! Some one could look at me and say blonde would not look good on you.. girl by blonde hair looks good af on me lol just try the gray out and be your own judge! I say go for it! 😘
