Except not. An arnold schwarzenegger cake with "Don't skip leg day" on it just isn't something Tracy Morgan would pull out of thin air creatively. It's not his wheelhouse, so I - and I'm pretty sure Jimmy - would know right away it was the truth. You could tell Jimmy knew it wasn't a lie but he said lie anyway; Jimmy isn't really great at acting.
