I'm pretty sure that Sterak's HP bonus is based on Base Health, that's why it's so good with Cloak, it doesn't multiply the Current Max Health, but the Base Health (the one before reductions or increases).

16:16 I have already said this before, so I hope one of his twitch chatters tell him - Trenchcoat is not only good with Ultimate Hero, it is also great with Force of Friendship. Splitting into 3 gives increased damage amp to the anomaly holder for as long as the 3 clones from the trenchcoat holder survives.
