Way too much information from the boxing trainer! The playful elements are missing. Trying out the different boxing techniques takes up far too little space! After such a training you are exhausted in your brain and maybe even frustrated?! The trainer shows his expertise very well for the camera! However, the implementation is not good for his client at this age! Find a new trainer!!
