Why does she keep going on about flip flops? You can wear shoes to the cage or any kind of footwear. Most fighters do not wear flip flops to the cage.

I'm no expert but I don't think wearing fully laced boots to the cage is going to be practical. They'd take too long to take off. With flip flops you can't just step out of them.

@@BadgerUKvideo Most fighters wear tennis shoes or trainers as you all call them to the cage, even McGregor if you go watch his entrances. It's not a big task to slip them off. Heck I think UFC fighters had to wear The Rock shoes for awhile.
