i think your referring to protein for hypertrophy. Hypertrophy isn't the goal here

Endurance and strenght training recovery require even less

@@kurylko8493 I wouldn't go under 1.8 especially if your body hasn't adapted to your current weight. off camp aerobic cap and power training 1.6 is probably fine but in camp when working in a deficit training anaerobic alactic atpcp 3 times a week theres no way id go under 2. If your serious about boxing get a boxing science membership and ask them or join your local performance centre, I train at a performance centre and just let my coaches figure out all the bullshit for me
