Its a good tutorial but his footworks all gone when your going back its bring back foot back 1 step then front foot follows by 1 step ect. Also, when you hit the ball. Dont release your hands as you hit it relase after youve hit it. Your clenching at the cheek releasing at the punch and it should be the other way around

Firstly thank you for commenting 2. this is a reflex ball tutorial it's not really a boxing tutorial 3, I'm passing on tips and tricks what as worked for me 4. all coaches and instructors have different methods and techniques they are not all alike and train like robots,.would you say fury Wilder and AJ have the same style? 5, my footwork coordination is on point I am simply giving advice on the best way to move the feet when hitting the ball in order to keep it up, again thank you for commenting

This video translates to the beginner really well. In a lot of videos I’ve seen the instructor is too busy doing fancy more advanced techniques and he explains the basics really well. Don’t worry if you can barely hit the ball at first guys. You’ll get there soon enough.

@@thefullenergychannel2879 hey man, thanks I'm working at it more and I have some specific question if you can help out that'll be lit 1. I'm having trouble controlling the bounce off of my fist, i.e. when my knuckle hits the ball, it kinda bounce in all sorts of weird ways (compared to when I wear a glove, which is much easier - in that it's both big but also flat, making the bounce predictable) 2. I'm having an issue where the rubber band would get caught on my thumb sometimes, ruining the consistency just wondering if those are things u worked around somehow

Beginners can't do this. And those who have experience don't need the video.😅
