Pretty cool to see Derek Zoolander working a reflex ball while giving us the elusive Blue Steel.

Ya'll got your pullup bars the wrong direction. they're supposed to have the triangle iron on the bottom to the force is absorbed. it's why triangle's are superior for architecture.

Great video. I'm going to download the materials you've made available! Thank you for taking the time to make this video. It was well thought out and with the newfound popularity of the Boxbollen, hopefully KZbin will drive traffic to you and you can profit from it as well. Merry Christmas, sir.

Advice for anyone starting out like me, I got really good at it in 1 day. I do however wear gloves because it's easier to hit the ball and wear safety glasses because the string tends to hit you in the nose or eyes and hurts like crazy sometimes.

Stupid question from a kung fu guy. How hard can you hit or kick this thing before it violently yanks your head into your chest going out and then caves your face in on the way back? How many pound test is the line and how many pounds of force before the ball snaps off ?
@quentinvandeutekom17902 жыл бұрын
I know this is an old comment but I’m fairly certain this ball is for training reflexes and accuracy, not power. If you wanna hit or kick something hard just get a heavy bag. That’ll serve you much better for power training

Whats the ideal length of the string? Cant seem to hit it right. Im a newbie btw with no boxing exp whatsoever
@uwaisnazir95024 жыл бұрын
From your shoulder to your wrist. To do this face this string vertically and let it drop. The length should be from your shoulder to your wrist like I just mentioned
