Hey Stuart I just got into your last warrior collective and it was fantastic. I was really struggling explaining the rhythm and pendulum and why it’s not always good and you guys did a great job on the terminology as well as the improvements needed in boxing. I personally love film studies. I then work the film study on a bag before teaching it to my fellow training partners. Systems check ! I love it Do you have anything on anticipating what arm is going to punch based on the opponent position, or their stance, etc?
