“ Death disguised in elegance” truly beautiful to observe his ability to flow in concordance with impeccable timing and footwork. My appreciations for sharing this with all of us, a true honor to be able to learn from such high end practitioners. Sincere regards. Fellow martial brother. Tom Framnes. Norway.

I weigh 125lbs and have always used 12oz gloves which I feel is the perfect size for me.

Rule of thumb 16oz for sparring and 10z for padwork/bagwork

Awsome drill. However, you should be careful when applying the uppercut to your opponot because at that time you have an oppening. Anyway, it is great technique.
@kempowarrior6 жыл бұрын
I totally agree and that is why I do jab, cross and left hook instead : ) I see to many elite fighters get KO's or TKO's when throwing an uppercut during a fights : )
@Trainor1036 жыл бұрын
Omar Budeiri it’s all about the set up. Remember every technique can leave you venerable....however, with this combo, the jab, uppercut is used for when you get people dropping their heads when you start attacking them. You would have worked this out during the fight before you go guns blazing. The second uppercut is thrown when you’re off the centre line which means it’s a little harder for your opponent to land on you.....hope that makes sense 😊👍

Meanwhile in Brazil people are Training the same jab and straight Punch for 5 years.
